Each process has strict quality control points, and every product must pass our internal control testing that is higher than industry standards to ensure that its performance, reliability and safety are in the optimal state. We firmly believe that only with the ultimate control of details can we create excellent qualities that can stand the test of time.

01. copper foil blanking
After debugging the equipment and setting the material parameters to be cut, the machine automatically cuts. When the quantity reaches the required number of pieces, it will stop, and manual material management is required. size control: The equipment automatically controls the material length with high consistency
02. welding
Debug the equipment, enter parameters, weld the product at high temperature, and wait until the product is completely welded.
03. edging
After welding, the product needs to be edge-polished to ensure flatness around the product. The head of the product needs to be ground down in one circle (the size must not be out of range due to excessive force).
04. Drilling (punching)
Drill the product according to the hole size and distance required in the drawing to ensure the consistency of the subsequent installation size of the product.
05. venting hole
After drilling, there will be burrs on the edge of the hole, which needs to be chamfered to remove burrs to make the product surface smoother.
06. Polishing (surface treatment)
Product polishing treatment ensures product appearance
07. Heat shrink tube
According to the required color, sleeve the product with different color heat shrink tubing
08. Heat shrink forming
After the soft connection passes through the tunnel furnace, the employee reworks the heat-shrinkable soft connection with bulges. After passing, the product is bent and placed in a fixture for fixing.
09. Cut the head and peel
Cut the excess parts of the heat shrink tubing, first use a machine to determine the required size, and then use a knife to trim it to ensure the accuracy of the exposed size
10. packaging
The products are packed in plastic bags, packed in 3 or 4 bags, and then placed in small boxes
