• tinned: The most common treatment method can effectively prevent oxidation and corrosion, improve solderability, improve contact performance under low voltage and high current, and extend product life. It is especially suitable for use in humid or corrosive gas environments.
• nickel plating: Provides stronger wear and corrosion resistance, is suitable for higher temperatures and harsh chemical environments, and has higher hardness.

• ambient temperature: Higher ambient temperatures will reduce current carrying capacity and require a corresponding increase in cross-sectional area.
• installation method: Ventilation and heat dissipation conditions (such as horizontal installation, vertical installation, and enclosed spaces) can significantly affect current carrying capacity.
• Voltage drop requirements: In some applications that are sensitive to voltage drops, products with larger cross-sectional areas need to be selected to reduce resistance.
